Let’s not conflate several issues. Allegation of Nader’s lying on a press release, selling stock, and then issuing a kind of correction seems very straightforward, based on Ohm’s great post.
Kazempour’s submission of a completely inaccurate and inadequate filing is beyond dispute, based on the FDA’s response. The claim that Kezempour was somehow “forced” to file it is absurd, as he could simply have refused to submit that ludicrously incomplete document.
Allegations of conspiracy between Nader and Kazempour are not yet proven. We’ll need to leave it to the SEC etc. to get more info and a determination,
But let’s not forget — THE FDA IS SANCTIONING AMAREX, on its own initiative. The FDA has seen wrongdoing so bad that they opened their own investigation.
This is not coming back on the company itself, as the government states specifically that Nader did this in violation of company guidelines.
