amarex was clearly negligent 4 any arbiter to see
remember the RTF being available via reddit? it was 20 pages and the FDA was openly exasperated and incredulous at the omissions by amarex after meetings across 2 years where they specifically told amarex many glaring things that were wrong / missing. and when the BLA was filed all of it was still wrong / missing. the basically had done nothing at to compile the BLA.
arbitartion / anything in the courts is highly unpredictable, but there is plenty there for the arbiter to base an opinion on favorable to cytodyn.
