My previous post pastes the stuff that's new plus there's this about Kazem's defense:
Kazempour has argued that he submitted a partially completed application to the FDA under pressure from Pourhassan. He is also trying to get his indictment dismissed on grounds that it fails to allege he was a knowing participant in a fraud.
Pourhassan counters that Kazempour, in fact, signed off on CytoDyn’s press releases, including one saying that the submission was complete.
