regarding the events surrounding his departure and return.

he wouldn't have made the statement he made upon his return if he hadn't actually had a medical issue. it could have been stress induced, but in any case, my "demotion" comment is one i would edit if i could.

i don't think he was properly qualified to be CEO, but he can still be an asset to the company.

cytodyn needs to take it slow with the CEO search, wait for someone with unquestionable qualifications and ability.
