UNVC: A DTC “eligible security” is a security that is freely tradable!!!!
While there is no requirement that any security be held at DTC to trade, many brokerage firms and issuers want to take advantage of the efficiencies and ]costs benefits that DTC offers
They are settled through DTC’s regular book-entry settlement services.
To me it appears to be a cheaper way for Dalton to sell some of his shares!!!
They are common shares that he or whoever owns, keep in mind Dalton doesn't have to file anything!!! UNVC: Is a non-reporting SEC company, and OTC doesn't give a crap.
