If you signed the NDA, contact Dwyer and discuss this information with him privately.  This information cannot be disclosed on a public forum as much of the information has not been made public yet.  The PPM call would have provided details about the progress of the business.  Everyone should want to know this information, but regulations require the investor not trade the stock for around 30 days since they have this inside information not known by the public.
