reminder to longs--a certain Lying board pretends to be neutral but the dynamic they have setup clearly favors bashing and libel-and then when longs are personally attacked by the incessantly repeated pathological attacks against the company (which are seemingly allowed no matter how bad) longs tend to respond emotionally as per human nature and get deleted for personal attack etc.
Best to focus on operations-they want to get eyes off actual operations because no other company has such at this pps --from the shorters handbook shorters always focus on the same distractions/shout fires such as share structure-use the info from my posts as needed for rebuttals (since I cant give permission for anybody elses posts-though if they are publicly posted there should be no problem)
they dont care about credibility -e.g from shorters handbook they often say TA is gagged and then they say they just got the ss from the TA
Almost all their shout fires are rehashings of their previous recycled shout fires which have already been rebutted by longs-so read past posting history to familiarize and then use that knowledge to rebut
Read Maxs trading posts 101 tips board at the hangout, posts 40, 80 something and 117 re how shorters operate-best not to directly link to their posts in reply because many are paid professionals and get money for each direct link to their post and for each mention of their post. Also read the rules for that board as posted a long time ago here-it takes practice due to their unequal application of their rules.
And everybody invite longs to this board via email because all references to this board are deleted on the other board because they desire a monolithic control of the info flow, allegedly for profit.
They regularly purposely defraud longs via their libelous shout fires everyday,whereas the Mar 2010 no shares issued promo never defrauded anybody and was intended to raise money to begin operations-which would benefit shareholders.
Besides its almost mandatory for felons to run for high political office or the bench isnt it? its just that the bad guys are often not caught or prosecuted because of their financial and political clout,(see past posts) whereas little guys are targeted by competitors and revengers w motive etc and then the system is manipulated-that increasingly is HOW business is conducted.
This is to be expected when people have thrown out all the rules and the rule book which guided peoples actions for 2000 years in civilized society. I have NEVER seen justice in any case where I had personal knowledge of the facts-its a crooked system which often terrorizes the righteous and rewards the wicked. In law school we were taught it was not about justice-that there was no right or wrong,that we were hitmen-etc it was disgusting, and most practice areas are even worse......
The big ethics question was whether if somebody came to us and said he murdered a bunch of people and showed us where the bodies were,and we knew an innocent person was about to get the death sentence,should we just allow the innocent person to die (which was the popular majority opinion) or should we go thru several intermediaries to carefully suggest to the power tripper prosecuter that maybe he should take another look at the case. Well of course u should-otherwise u are accessory to an innocent mans murder-but this escaped the vast majority, whose consciences were already burned as with a hot iron.
