It'll happen when it happens, as decided by the FDA. Hopefully very soon but who knows.
As I implied before, a hold taking an agonizingly long time to be lifted is not unusual. I'm in two other clinical-stage companies that have unresolved partial holds with one placed in March 2020 and the other in May of last year. Both of those companies have been able to work around the holds and still run trials as we could do if we didn't suffer from post-Nader syndrome with the FDA.
