I think it would be reckless for them to ask for more shares with the hold being on and no concrete plan or time line for it to be lifted. I understand that it is a necessity to exist and move forward, but a lot of long investors have are getting frustrated and tired of the situation as it is now, let alone adding more dilution at these stock prices.
I truly hope there is something cooking behind the scenes that will come to fruition by the 9th of November meeting that will justify voting yes for more
Shares.
