I hope you’re vaccinated. Being so will mean that your immune system knows pretty much what to do, and your symptoms will likely be milder.
Immediately get a prescription for Paxlovid. In the first 4-5 days, it can greatly reduce the flu symptom stuff. Aches, fever, cough, sneeze etc.
Get some vitamins and supplements. Zinc, D3, Quercetin are my shortlist.
I gargle with iodine. Kills everything on contact. So cleans your upper pipes. Squirt a dozen drops of Povidone-iodine solution from any drug store into 4-6 ozs of water and gargle deeply a few times a day to control esophageal viral growth.
