I would contend that in All matters... related to the Arbitration proceedings and attending claims...that We are in the best possible hands of SA...the fact that the FDA is going after Amarex et al... for their own reasons speaks volumes to culpability of defending participants. Should the FDA be in need of a whipping boy/poster child...they have one close at hand... with the defendants.
