It's probably important to remember that SEC filings are fundamentally about disclosure, especially disclosure of risk, so that passage speaks to the risk around the uncertainty of the arbitration outcome, specifically with the potential that we could wind up owing Amarex money.
"Seeking an award in excess of $100 million" as it was expressed in the press release is likely not something that needs to be disclosed as it is more aspirational and not as material as other aspirational stuff in the 10K such as the potential for Samsung to take shares or do a licensing agreement in exchange for retiring debt because those options have been actually floated in negotiations between the two companies.
