In connection with the Amarex arbitration and what I have been saying all along about timelines, please note the following on page 83 of the 10K:
"Following a formal scheduling request by the Company, the final arbitration hearing was recently ordered to commence on August 19, 2024, and the parties will now proceed into the discovery phase of the litigation."
What this means is that we are a YEAR away from the final arbitration hearing and even longer than that from a decision that could grant CYDY the monies we were all hoping would come much sooner. This makes the need for a partnership or buyout even more pressing, as we could EASILY be 2 years from Amarex money. Could they settle in the meantime? Sure, but right now, Amarex has no reason to, knowing the financial situation of CYDY.
