All the while the co-conspirator was drawing his 7th or 8th set of solar panel plant plans for 1GW or 1.2GW or back to 1GW and back to 1.2GW all in 6 months.
Then the excuse machine (ceo's pet) keeps using lack of Texas incentives as an excuse why Texas didn't happen.
