wonder why this page has remained live as for sale for public viewing? It's easy to take down a Loopnet page if its your account.
Maybe it's always good to have something visible for other potential buyers. Especially, when you have had a prospective buyer (bipolar fantasy), with NO money left and NO loan anywhere in sight, "in discussions" for 12 straight months.
