Easy there, stinky, nothing was the least bit passive aggressive. I clearly said "if I understand what you're saying" leaving open the possibility that his statement wasn't perfectly clear. One does not "defend against charges" unless they are the DEFENDANT, not the plaintiff. Curious to hear from Hulk, and if I am wrong, that's fine, but his statement was unclear due to his use of the word "defend".
