integracer, I agree 100% that HIMR is going about this potential concession in a way that proves their integrity and doing things the right way. I must admit that I would have rather had the news at a little more advanced stage. Mr. Meier stated "if things prove out favorable.: What if they ptove out to be unfavorable? Talk about PPS and bashers- they will come out of the walls and the price will suffer. I don't think this news will increase our price but the potential is there to hurt it. Don't misunderstand me, this shows we are moving forward and working hard, just didn't need something this preliminary just in case it doesn't pan out. But I certainly hope it does.
