Market cap is a factor when it comes to market efficiency and percentage of retail volume.
The mispricing potential will generally become more likely as market cap goes down and outside of Wainwright there may be no analyst coverage as most institutions don't buy stocks under $5 bucks/OTC stocks.
Obviously we've seen the crazy extremes of increased risk and reward in micro/nano caps with CYDY over the last few years and I was in another OTC stock that went from 30 cents to 14 bucks and now is at 17 cents.
