Sharing Services Global (OTCQB: SHRG) has entered into a nonbinding letter of intent (“LOI”) to acquire the brand of MojiLife products from MojiLife LLC. According to the announcement, the product line includes patented air-fragrance devices for use in the home and vehicle along with dozens of scents. Made with safe ingredients, the scents are nontoxic, gluten free, soy free, vegan, and hypoallergenic; other products obtained in the acquisition include essential oils and unique home products.
