Problem is, CYDY cannot manufacture news just because we want it. I believe they said that they would get back to the FDA re the holds sometime in September, but they have no duty to inform us when they do so. Then, if memory serves, the FDA has 30 days to respond. At worst, if CYDY does submit in September, the FDA would get back to them by the end of October, so we still have a while to wait, potentially.
As for the Amarex situation, to the best of our knowledge, we don't have a date yet for a final hearing with the arbitrator, and that entire situation could take many months to come to a conclusion once the final hearing is had.
As for wanting the price to go up, sure, we all do, but until there's a reason for it, we'll continue to tread water.
