Re: HHIGambler #137060
here's the problem - you are not distinguishing between true longs who are extremely frustrated, and people who are paid to short, bash, etc. to the extent this distinction continues to be missed (and you accuse true longs of being bashers), the board becomes less relevant - because it appears detached from reality.
the reality is this: an investor who put $100,000 of their hard-earned after-tax $ in this stock a couple of years ago is down $85,000. even more depending on when they invested. it's not easy to find any other investment that has done that poorly, unless maybe you invested in Russian rubles (or maybe just lit your money on fire in the backyard).
At the same time, the pharma / biotech space is going through a deal-making bonanza - one of the best backdrops in the past few decades - and companies with even modest revenues are being sold for massive multiples. all the while, we've been stuck in the mud for years now, sitting on the sidelines while other companies move forward - because of inept management.
yet instead of demanding drastic change, and directing frustration at company management - who again, have drawn their salaries from our ever-shrinking investment $, you and a few others on this board direct it at a poster who is upset about losing money? yeah, that makes a lot of sense....
