Although I'm not sure I love the quickie prescription industry per se, e.g. would they have a patient's entire relevant medical history before prescribing?, this is better than literally nothing, which is currently the case in most of the Walmart pharmacy areas, evidently:

Walmart operates 4,600 pharmacies in stores across the U.S. and 4,000 of them are located in medically underserved areas

That's HUGE toward medical equity.
