So who goes first on a PR release? Is it VERB, TikTok, ByteDance Ltd.?
VERB is a publicly traded company and this type of news would require a disclosure, which was done today.
TikTok (or ByteDance) is not a publicly traded company and would not be required to make any disclosure whatsoever.
I would think even a disbarred broker (jobynimble, Thunder4402) would know this.
