A friend told me they tried TELDOC for a very minor issue last night. They signed up because they promised to have a doctor in 10 minutes. They had technical issue 4 appointments Doctor claimed. My friend was not available for the appointment . They also said CS was joke. They are the DR. Kevorkian of telehealth. I read they lose massive amounts of money. No comp to A or UNVC
My friend is pissed they would not refund their money for 3 days so out 375 dollars to that time
