A reasonable pop to 20X or 30X where it is now? Other than Mark Kay's fabulisms, on what could you base a statement like this? If you're pumping, no problem, I get it, but if this is an attempt at a sane discussion about ZRFY's near future share price, I don't get that. Just the fact that no insiders have bought shares in several years should be most of the info you need to understand this situation.
No whales are interested, it's kind of stunning that you asked if any have been buying, you've been around here long enough to know better.
To repeat, the CEO, alone, is paid more than the company's gross revenues and the company hasn't had a profitable quarter in almost 25 years. No equity analyst or institutional buyer who wants to keep their job is going to get anywhere near this. Maybe if there's a buyout and restructuring, but we know that's not gonna happen.
