$IVDN Board Member Mr. Robert K. Adams recently purchased 500,000 shares of IVDN common stock at the market price on that date of .20 per share. This transaction resulted in a cash payment to the company of $100,000 which will be used to help further current plans to expand production and marketing of our patented Insultex® insulation product line.
