The VERY FIRST case to be brought by this agency is about possible conflict of interest in an audit for a tiny company.
And you think THAT would be the VERY FIRST target of an investigation? They randomly chose CYDY to check their audits?
Or do you think it's more likely that someone pointed out this possible problem to them -- given that the DOJ/SEC have charged Nader and Kazempour, so things could have come out in their investigation -- and CYDY has board chair who specializes in this kind of thing?
Nah, it must just be random chance that led to this VERY FIRST investigation. After all, how many publicly traded companies are there to choose from?
EDIT: I realized that I'd better put /s after that last sentence, given the clueless nature of a certain someone here.
