Bytor...not sure of the exact requirements for OTCQB...but they don't require any pps level as the QX does. If Jeff goes QB...it will be substantially cheaper than going OTC BB while still being required to report on a regular basis...or be banished back to just Pink status...(which at this point would be a VERY welcome tier...lol).
