His reported departure was prior to the official announcement of Feb. 09, 2022...about seventeen months ago...in the wake of the Amarex debacle...
I don't think...he willingly retired...I think he was severed at the knees...while basking in a golden parachute...all designed to minimize his fuckup...and the collateral damage caused by AMAREX...they were acquired on his watch.
