Re: Coat Tail Rider #7743
Yeah, I don’t see how SFRX is entitled to commence operations either, but I don’t see how you LYING about it being in a reserve area helped.
Why LIE?
The company acknowledged it was in a reserve area (per the FBAR) in 2020 when they requested a variance, but that was after claiming in 2017 they would be on Juno by the end of the year.
8 years after they sought title, which they obtained, they still can’t explain how they can legally salvage the wreck which is in a research reserve area. I know they sought a variance, but the statutes are clear about not letting the Juno permits expire.
That was beyond stupid. Did they not read the statutes before letting them expire?
Well at least they finally admit they may not EVER be allowed to salvage the Juno wreck.
Maybe they should tell the Corp it’s a merchant vessel or something.
It couldn’t hurt.
GL with the Corp. I actually want to see SFRX prove its critics wrong and bring up billion$ at Juno.
The industry would learn that there are wood worms that will poop on treasure and cannons, but not a big ole ballast pile.
That’s quite the worm.
Oh, you never did say which Fisher it was that fed Kyle a line of BS about Juno.
