My own opinion is that there is oil in Texas, and everybody on the face of the planet knows there is oil in Texas.  Treaty has leases in Texas that are producing some oil, and if they can manage to get a couple of producing new wells in W. Texas, then they will actually be making money.  Belize would be great if it were to happen, but if #3 comes up empty, I see no reason for pouring any more money into poking holes in the ground in Belize when they could be spending it poking holes in Texas where there is oil in the ground, or spending some of it on getting crews to maintain the existing wells on our leases.  Don't get me wrong, I'll be thrilled if they find something in SJ #3, but if it comes up dry, to me there is no point in throwing good money after bad.
