And why a partnership has a much higher likelihood than a buyout. There’s nothing to buy, but the right skill sets and connections could lead to success. Also with @ 800 million shares outstanding a buyout would be so diluted none of us would see much return.
A partnership however would raise hopes and possibilities, and those two things can and will do much more for the share price.
