Now that it is clear that KT has forfeited exclusive US ActiPatch rights, probably due to missing sales requirements written into the contract, I'm wondering if SAI can now enter the US market.
If you recall, SAI was ready to enter the US market back in 3/2021 with 10 'Powered by Actipatch' products and then all of a sudden things got shut down. They eventually did a small launch in Canada in 2022.
If that shut down was due to the exclusive clause in the KT contract SAI could now start the wheels turning again.
