I sent in my comments this afternoon to the FDA re At-Home Medical Device Use
It was quick and painless. Just describe how using a medical device, ActiPatch, at home has improved your life, in as much or little detail as you are comfortable with.
Under the 'Comment Category' click on 'Individual Consumer'.
Under 'Attach Files' you can drag and drop any data for the FDA to review or leave it blank. I attached the UK Registry Study.
Under 'Your Contact Information' they require your name but everything else is optional.
Tell them you are 'not a robot' , hit the blue 'Submit Comment' and you are done.
