With very little effort/DD, it was easily discovered WHO was the person who converted their debt into shares, and more importantly, WHY?
None of these shares will be hitting the market below 5 cents. However, the ihub bashers/shorts want/need to equate the current/recent seller's shares with these new increased O/S. Why? because it serves their agenda to mislead and lie.
The new shares (increased O/S) are simply " in preparation" of what expected to come in the days ahead. Form-10, MYFLIX, and a huge backlog of news, filings and announcements. Nothing more.
Separately, there has been a persistent seller lately who keeps insisting on selling his shares at 1/100th their true value. Very sad to see, but his money, his choice.
