UNVC: NO MORE!!! As all my earlier post show I supported Dalton for around 2-1/2 years, I tried hard to stay positive but NO MORE!!! The facts don't support any of his lies or the speculation.
It's real easy to get caught up in the belief of Generational Wealth, which Dalton alluded to so many times. You go back and question why you supported him so long without any proof of anything, he lied miss-lead investors, leaving everything for speculation/hype.
I choose to invest in the OTC Pink knowing of the risks, what bothers me is a liar David Dalton using it to do nothing more than self-enrichment.
It cost shareholders over a billion shares being added to the AS share structure, from Toxic lenders and shady characters - Crockett / Ribotsky / Jaclin / Cohen / Emerald Capital / Husain - quite the list. Latest being 61M shares issued to Bridgewater Capital for ‘services. He awarded himself 1.1 billion shares for a $11,000.00 debt he states was owed him.
Any astute businessman wouldn't have to use all these crooks if running a legit business.
This is what he had to work with when he took the helm of UNVC Jan. 2002, The Dec 1st 2001 website for Univec. How does a man screw up a Legit business such as this, click through the menu it speaks Volumes.

A few of us have spent literally months researching and investigating Univec and Dalton, talking with old associates of his what a trove of information(some being a part of UNVC in the early years with Dalton) and all of the evidence indicates that Dalton is running a share selling operation, not a legitimate business.
Dalton just lies to shareholders and manipulates filings for his personal financial benefit. 1) Reason he will never leave OTC Pink, 2) Univec doesn't qualify to up-list anywhere.
Pays himself a ridiculous deferred salary whilst doing nothing for the business, then simply converts the debt into shares, and sells them.
He has taken UNVC down to this as of last filing!!!!
1)Total Liabilities - $14,492,420
2)Accumulated Deficit of $31,301,580
Study over his tweets, the filings, the only material thing done was get UNVC pink current, that was a case do it or be delisted.
Everyone can decide if the risk/reward fits in with how they invest.
