Hate to bother you all for something I can  probably find on my own but after a short search thought it might go faster asking for help. I really liked the idea of filing a complaint to the SEC and Finra so I am following through on that.  I am not sure of Minimar's real corporate name,  address, and type of firm.  I am going to state that they are manipulating the stock price and also supplied fraudulent information resulting in KMAG's suspension after failing to obtain a contract from KMAG.  If any one would be willing to provide the info, I would really appreciate it.  TIA
