Looks like all downhill from here
Only 40 days left in the third quarter with nothing happening. The only question seems to be how much more time? The filings have painted an ugly picture looking like not much survival time remaining. June 30th 65K cash on hand could be gone by now (51 days later) based on the company's monthly burn rate. There comes a time when you cannot pay for standard services and fees. Can only go to well so many times.
Have not heard anything about sales training status no word about FL and TX sales teams ready back in April to manage up to 200 residential solar panel installs per month nor those 18 containers of GEP New Energy solar panel being ordered by Sun Pacific. Of course nothing being shipped by Foxess since the demo units order last June of 2022?
Exit strategy? Maybe save Sun Pacific for the ceo and let everything else burn to the ground? Somehow carve out Elba Power Corp from Snpw? For what though? That entity is useless now.
