I am looking forward to replies about the 8-K. At first glance with a speed-read, it would seem to explain some of the recent spikes in volume, i.e. divvying out shares and warrants recently, etc.

Full confession, I am not great at interpreting all of the legal lingo (thus looking forward to those who are), but I did like seeing that warrants of 50 cents means some people think we should at least double from here - if I am interpreting that part right. Please correct me for my own learning if I am wrong.
