My IT guy looked at the website, looked at the examples presented and read prior website related news and said the website should not have take more than 8 weeks to build.  That said, even with your time frame, he is a year behind.

Of course, none of this is neither here nor there.  Bigger issues at hand, bigger issues he could have addressed, especially since we only get one of these 4 or 5 times a year.
