Oh no, did I hit a nerve? You claimed Parsons LIED about Juno being in a preserve area, but I have posted at least two articles that backed that claim.
Kyle was quoted in one of them and Judd was quoted in the other.
I don’t know if it is in a protected area, but if you think bureaus with agendas don’t figure out how to stop whatever activity they want, or at least slow it down, then you’re beyond out of touch.
They could delay indefinitely and unless Kyle sues to stop the delays, the $15B (wink wink) remains under the worm poop.
Longs have whined for years about bureaucrats agendas, but this is supposed to be something different and Kyle was required to say they may not get a permit?
