Smith has clearly taken the time to arrive at his indictments of Trump. No surprise that the war crimes judge has nailed the orange guy for defrauding the U.S and for the theft of docs and the obstruction of their retrieval; lots of texts, videos and REPUBLICAN witnesses. He's f'd, deservedly so.
