Thanks Oilfield, that helps a great deal.  I swear in the not too distant future, I'm going to spend a lot of time learning how to read SEC docs, and understanding some of the basic points of accounting.  It would really help to weed out some of the less desirable securities to invest in.  80-100bpd should then be a reasonable level for TECO to shoot for to achieve cash flow positive if I'm not misunderstanding this.
