So you're admitting the "theft of time in the settlement of trades" is exposed and Finra covered it up thru the weaponization of their authority enforcing the U3 halt. All their broker dealer members used the market maker exemptions to illegally alter the time settlement past the T+2 and well past T+35. Thats the root cause of Wallstreet's crime and the SEC/Finra has been covering it up for decades until now.

"Locate" is not putting money/liquidity back into the stock. The borrower never settles the transaction bc the locate is never recieved.
Hense conspiracy to commit fraud against public companies and their securities which is stealing from investors.
And we are not even touching the non dtc registered brokers yet...haha. Glad it was all recorded in the Cor Clearing vs CRGP cases.
