Unfortunately it only addresses, almost verbatim , the same subject as the last Mailbag. The website issue has been going on for over a year. I spoke with my IT guy here at work and he said it should have taken no longer than 8 weeks.
There are so many other things that could have and should have been addressed.

Financials
FDIC Suit
These items have far more impact on the state of the company than the upgrade of the website. The website will do little unless Mark has developed a substantial marketing plan.
