My logic regarding the recent drop in share price surrounds the dilution due to the raise. The comfort I have in this, is that we are offering to people who already have a large stake in the game (not new investors) and the savoy money is not throwing good after bad. Their reading of the tea leaves is very optimistic. If it is the information I have been given, then we are having birthing pains which will be followed by tears of joy and post partum elation.
