Unfair business, advertising & sales practices
kazi sent this as an example (below) of the dangers of possible unfair business, advertising and sales practices. This might have something to do with with company's Sun Pacific Power website content, in question, relating to out of date solar panel certifications and labeled product data sheets? Maybe state of Nevada business regsitration for Snpw (parent company) and SPP New Jersey Corp (business locaton) would not be too pleased? It's probably more serious if it these violations apply to a public company.
Let's hope the company will explain what is going on soon and if they can confirm the website content, relating to certian products for sale, is valid and accurate.
