Ummm, perhaps the process of getting off the greys is not well understood. First, they need to thoroughly document their business, including their financials, going back at least two years. But they would be best served by having them audited. Further, the MM who they choose to request the filing of the Form 211 would want to know for certain that the issues which the SEC had are settled. Unless all the above has been accomplished, they will be unsuccessful in getting a Form 211 filed. If they do, it will need to go through FINRA review, and may include comment periods.

Currently, I believe it is unknown at what stage they are in the process. Some seem to think it is close, but based on what I don't know. My guess is, it will be a long time till anything happens.
