i think so. heard from a good source - and that was separate from someone on the board saying he signed an NDA via Paulson - and that only happens during a raise - they have you sign an NDA to share non public info during the term of the raise.

so, yeah - i am thinking most likely we are. hopefully just enough to bridge to when the SP is higher.
