It's important to KEEP UP with the news. i.e. Read them and Understand them.
Also, to understand that MOST every announcement (MyFLIX, Wildfire, Belle, Meltdown, Moder Antiquities, Native Fables, Cowboys of Cannabis, etc...) is planned for AFTER the Form-10 filing, for OBVIOUS reasons.
